Services

The Bank agrees to provide the Client with the online banking services (hereinafter referred to as “MMG Online”) which are detailed as follows, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the agreement executed by the Client and the laws and regulations issued by the authorities of the Bank’s Jurisdiction, which are an integral part thereof:

MMG Online

  • View account balances and transactions movements.
  • Transfer money between accounts and to third parties.
  • Overview schedule payments of loans and time deposits
  • Request Foreign Exchange transactions.
  • Exchange secure email messages within the Bank
  • Access to personal client information.
  • Request for loans, time deposits, checks and drafts.
  • Enquiries on investment portfolio valuations, in case valuations exist.
  • Other services.

The Bank will reserve the right to eliminate, suspend, reactivate the above described services, as well as to add new services.

Procedures for the use of MMG Online: Protection and Security

  • The Client must follow the procedures that, from time to time The Bank may establish which have the purpose of granting the protection and security of the operations that the Client performs through MMG Online.
  • Upon execution of the Agreement by the Client, The Bank will provide a user name and password or pin number which must be used by the client every time he/she wishes to use MMG Online.
  • Every time the Client wishes to use MMG Online, he/she must access www.mmgbank.com, enter your user name and password in the spaces provided for such purpose (“Log-In) and select the service that he/she wishes to use.

Restrictions to the use of the services

The client agrees with The Bank not to use MMG Online for purposes other than using the services referred to in Clause First of the Agreement.

The Client agrees to uphold existing Copyright Laws.

Execution of Instructions

The Clients agrees that:

  • MMG Online services may be accessed seven (7) days a week, twenty tour (24) hours a day.
  • Instructions will only be processed during working days; instructions given prior to 11:00 a.m. will be processed on the same day. Instructions received on non-working days, will be processed on the next working day.
  • The Bank reserves the right not execute the instructions received if, at the Bank’s discretion, they are not given by a person authorized for such purpose.

Suspension of Services

The Client knows and understands that The Bank reserves the right to suspend MMG Online services, in whole or in part, for the reasons such as:

  • Insufficient funds in Client’s account.
  • To give maintenance to its systems or for work required as a result of unforeseen damages in its systems.
  • Force majeure and/or fortuitous cases.
